A recent addition to the archives, an OM kindly purchased these images of Long Millgate for the school on ebay.
These postcards depict the school at the turn of the century and we get a glimpse of life for the MGS boy.

The provenance of the postcards is intriguing. Each card was sent to “Monsieur Henriot Marty” in Bourges, France by an E.W. Wallace, of 11 Range Road, Whalley Range. Wallace was not an OM, so it is curious that he chose to send eight separate postcards with photographs of the school.
